Assistant Coach
Middle School
Montreal Smith is married to the biggest Outliers fan there is, and together they have three amazing boys. He has spent seven years serving in the children's ministry before transitioning to the youth department, where he has found a deep passion for teaching young minds about Christ in fun and meaningful ways.
For the last 11 years, he has had the joy of coaching his boys in baseball and soccer, and now I’m excited to continue the journey with the wonderful game of basketball. The Outliers has truly been a blessing for our family, providing a rare opportunity for our homeschooled high schooler to play competitive sports. What started as a much-needed outlet has grown into a strong, supportive community that I’m proud to call family.
